	1918	Masajiro Nishimura started manufacturing electromagnetic devices and founded the company as private company.
	1947	Reorganized the private company and founded Nishimura Seitosho Co., Ltd. at Higashiyama-ku, Kyoto City. Yosakichi Nishimura appointed as CEO. Capital: 198,000 Second plant completed.
	1948	First increase in capital to 700,000. Third plant completed.
