Application-Based Design and Manufacturing of Advanced Ceramic Components

 

The product shown above is a custom ceramic V-block designed for installation inside pipes used in heat-treatment processes.
To meet the requirements for high temperature resistance, thermal stability, and long-term durability, we proposed and manufactured this component using high-purity Alumina (N-99).

Alumina N-99 is widely used in industrial heat treatment applications due to its excellent heat resistance, mechanical strength, chemical stability, and wear resistance, making it an ideal material for demanding environments.
